Good response

Just a quick post to thank everyone for their kind word over last week or so. I love campaigning anyway, but it is really encouraging to here all the positive remarks and comments.
Internal selections are never easy, but it is always healthy to have competition. I know that most members did not agree with the Tories creating the role of Police and Crime Commissioner. It is good to know however, that now the role exists true Liberal Democrats will do all they can to not let the Tories have their cake and eat it.

Lots of the people who have said they are supporting me don't agree with the role, but now we have it, they want a candidate who can beat the Conservatives and get across Lib Dem values.
