Cutting re-offending

Justice is not just about punishment (though it has its part to play) but it is also about rehabilitation and reintegration.

Half of all crime are committed by people who have offended before. The justice system for some people is just that, a system they move through on a regular basis. I believe that cutting re-offending and getting offenders to make a positive contribution to society is the key to long term success of our justice system.
